The Lighthouse can be accessed by foot via a private road and is open from 8AM to sunset throughout the year. The Lighthouse itself and its adjacent structures are restricted to the public.
The Lighthouse can be accessed by foot via a private road. Vehicles are permitted only for the handicapped and senior citizens and only for a limited amount of time. Parking is available in the village of Watch Hill, a short walk from Larkin Road which provides access to the Lighthouse property.
The WHLKA is a private, independent 501(c)(3) organization.
The Watch Hill Lighthouse Museum is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1-4 pm in July and August.
Housed in the former fog signal building, the museum offers a rich collection of maritime artifacts, photographs, paintings, and extensive historical documentation pertaining to the Watch Hill Lighthouse
